mauiguy- that is a great reminder with RGMI... The lesson I learned with it... That lesson is what keeps me away from what you're recommending. That one could end up almost as bad as something like RGMI IMO only. But it will take time (maybe 1-2 years guess) and I could be WAY wrong.
Luckily I noticed when RGMI was a disaster and still had some value and got out without getting completely cremated but I should have noticed several warning sings way earlier on (I'm still a rookie so remember that when reading my posts).
Some of those RGMI warning signs are on the one you're mentioning IMO only but they're completely difft businesses. It is just my opinion so don't hate me for it! Just being honest and hope I am way wrong cuz I have no money to make in watching it go down....
I made a checklist and every time I make a bad investment, I write down at least 2 new categories to 'score' if you will going forward for the next investment based on the mistakes I made. The 3 checks I put up for RGMI are all on the negative side for the one you mention. I won't reveal the specifics of my checklist cuz I am finding it to be a great screener;) Although one has to do with Accts Receivs from RGMI days.

Problem is, it is so 'good' at screening that it throws out almost anything out there LOL, so maybe there is hope for your investment. And maybe it is not such a good screen. But it keeps me out of trouble so far and has improved my performance as time has gone on. I tweak it fairly often though. Maybe your investment will ahve me tweak it down the road if it ends up I was wrong on my negative thoughts on it.

My advice to you is to sell but I don't know how much you've dug on it. I've dug deeper than you might think IMO (no pun there). I am looking out 1-2 years in saying that. Near term it could do a carzy MXC. For your sake I hope it does:)

This is just my opinion.
