PR Newswire (Tue, Apr 22)
Released today, BMRX announcement states they have formed an alliance with SKI Engineering CEO, EDWARD CHEN:
"BioMetrix and SKI Engineering, jointly announced that they have formed a strategic business alliance that will provide bioMETRX increased engineering and manufacturing capabilities"
While securing this deal........
"The company has also sold and delivered over $30,000 worth of bioVAULTS and bioBOX's from our California warehouse facilities into our channels over the last two weeks."
Let's recap, BMRX buys the existing assets of SQUM, sells $30k of those assets, forms a strategic relationship with SKI Engineering, manufacturers of the BoiVault and the BioBox and all done in less than 30 day's, now that is impressive.
Looks like Ed Chen shares no ill feelings as some of the former employees and posters from the Sequiam board do, business is business, at least Ed Chen sees it that way.
"The bioMETRX team has done a phenomenal job of establishing robust business relationships with globally recognized and trusted OEM clients," said Edward Chen, CEO of SKI Engineering. "I look forward to working with this group of seasoned managers over the coming months and am convinced their capabilities will allow bioMETRX to emerge in the OEM-consumer focused segment of the identity management market the way L1-Identity Solutions has in the government space."
