Dear Javeed:

How long do you plan on being CEO of VELTEX? Many shareholders would like for you to leave the company - will you be honorable and leave gracefully? Or will you tie things up in legal actions back and forth? Javeed, we feel that you haven't kept your promises on a number of issues (i.e. Stock Buyback, Audit, etc...) We suggest that you pursue other endeavors as it doesn't seem to be working out - the stock price has crashed over 90% over the last couple years!
