GEOXPLOR corp has made major deals with other companys aquiring more stock in other companys and funding in the past they may fund in this situation but that is speculation at this point.

There 8k was filed April 17th and signed and approved on the 16th with their latest News release as EX 99.1.

Just a matter of time until they get a plan of operation and the drill permits
