If you investigate the background of what these people do it is possible to confirm this. This crew will probably seek out new associates in the future so the list will probably expand. The stock may go up at times, however it will fall and fall hard. A legitimate company would not be run by any of these people nor would it give them shares (in case they try to get tricky in the future).
