The "definitive" answer..... my request is , I'm looking for a definitive A/S and that is not the sum total of the '330M OS' taken from the Q + the float! The Q says the A/S is 1 Billion, but the numbers don't work unless you can break it down and show me where the 748 million don't matter. Or are they Class B, C series shares that have conversions? Or are these 748 million part of a preferred share arrangement? Yes, this not a pinky, so can you show me and everyone else how these numbers work?? It seems to me that you appear to have more insight that anyone else.

The A/S, ok, that's it, I'm not concerned about the float!

I'm interested in the A/S and 23-Jan-08 was a long time ago in this business. But your Yahoo post is a fact.
