I just asked the same question to Michael Biddick and he was nice to reply quickly with the following:

Hello XXX,

We don't know who is selling. We did use a reverse merger into the stock, so it could be anyone.

I wish I could be more help.

So the selling was not from ECCI. Hope this selling will stop soon.
