Turley was a board member for some time before he was appointed CEO. And he was appointed CEO after it was announced by Pohl that Patriot would be looking around for a CEO. I guess, at that time and under the circumstances that existed then, they couldn't find anyone from outside to take it on; I also guess Turley still thought it was a good idea at the time to be second or third or fourth choice; he probably thought, as we all did, that he would have more control and more say than he actually had and that Patriot would reach the promised land faster than it currently appears to be doing. Just my opinion.
