I see a window of six month's before D-Day...all of us know they need

FINANCING...Too bad they can't go to the Fed's discount window for some easy money.

Come December 1.2 million loan is due...no way out for RSPG! In fact, I'd say the lender probably has a buyer in place right now just going to wait it out and get it all for a mere pittance.

I wonder...can Maxwell (and the groups behind them) afford the loss?
