UFSI is a venture capital management company that invests in their own businesses....4 actually trade publicly seperate from each other ACBV,NHSP,OBEE,QRVS and by the way all of them have been been reverse split. It is controlled by SWVC's own COO Christopher Swartz in Orlando,FL. It's set up as an at arms length corp but really it states that it takes equity positions in mid size companies...but their own. Swartz basically owns NHSP on both sides of the corp side through USFI and NHSP itself. Since UFSI has a position in NHSP that would mean they have a position in SWVC since they merged?

Since Swartz is now merged into Seaway Valley with NHSP why is it still trading as of May 16th?
