Briboy, you are correct about 'what' resistance levels are...

As far as ATWT and indicators (specifically the RSI), I don't really use indicator much on triple 0 stocks... the only indicator I really care about is volume... volume is what is required to get those stocks moving, so that's really all I pay attention to until it can establish some consistent volume...
