Guys: R/S is happening these 2 weeks prior to the 2nd of june.
After that, dilution IS taking place to give shares to the chinese company, the CEO, the financier.

After that, once the price of the stock settles, we will know if if it is undervalued or overvalued. until then it is a risky play.
