Questions: When is the best time to talk to a terrorist? Before he has a gun or after he has it and it is being held against your head? This is the problem with the Bush/Mccain policies of not haveing direct presidential talks with the leadership of any enemy. Just ask any hostage negotiator. You do not wait until your enemy has the power to destroy you. Axis of evil, N.Korea/Iran/Iraq, we ignored two and overthrew the other who had no WMD's. Our crediblity and prestige of the president has been shot. It must be rebuilt. While we have been wasting lives and money in Iraq, the other two have gotten the bomb, or to the point where we can only stop them by destroying their country, and Syria has started their programs for a bomb. Where did Syria get their info? Where did Iran get their info? What three countries have helped each of them get the bomb? PAKISTAN. CHINA. RUSSIA. Who is our largest trading partner? Who is controling most of our national debt? Who manipulates our currentcy? Who is our enemy? Don't we talk to them? Are not China, Pakistan, and Russia terrorist states? Even the stupidest gang banger in LA has high level talks with their enemies or takes them out before they reach parity or near parity in weapons strength. It is truely a sad day when Bush and McCain are this stupid and think that the American people are even more stupid than they are. We need a real leader who will talk now and tough, then destroy Iran's capabilities and if N. Korea keeps blackmailing us, destroy them as well. If any people deserved to be liberated they did. How about Dafur? Bush and McCain suck.
