imo all of DR's estimates were influenced by a much earlier close for the mako deal, and susequent deals, including FT as well.

right now we don't have the benefit of DR's input, as we interpret this filing, but i think it's clear we're seeing some QoQ improvements in top line, even during what is typically a slow point, so the trend is a favorable one imo.
