Just got home from work and found all these new posts in regard to what I wrote. I will only post one more time and in facts and guts feeling from my conversation.
(1) I got out from not just what I heard but because I went through 3 R/S's. I saw 5-6 million shares become 50-500 shares each time!
(2) I do think this company has moderate to long time potential.
(3) The CEO did state he does not know much about stocks and how they work. He could reverse several things he said and it may never happen? I did sell because I was told no PR for several weeks. We can't get any lower than we are now! I will monitor the this stock during that time?
(4) There has been some some modest revenue gains but the CEO is concerned about the outstanding shares and did say those "dreaded words"!
(5) A thought? What will come first if this CEO who may be confused, a somewhat positive PR or two or a R/S?
(6) I AGREE WITH allot of people's posts normally. Not too many outstanding shares. Why A REVERSE SPLIT? THE COMPANY will loose sharholder trust and loyalty!!!
(7) MY GUT FEELING IS THEY REALLY DON'T KNOW much about the stock market and penny stocks. He did say they had hoped to generate revenue and was surprised with the results?
(8) SO Anything can happen? Like I said in one of my posts:
The exact words from CEO were "we know the value is so low"! We were expecting to generate revenue? I also know the company feels that even at appx. 1 billion shares outstanding and with some positive news coming, exact words, "Too many shares out there"! My guess it they feel "what will shares bought at 0.0001 and 0.0002 bring in"? Maybe more dilution?
My feeling is that they want to show they are on a slow but positive path! They want to create credibility and value!
My opinion? PR's with a R/S to create value so they can increase sales and distribution when they approach potential business deals. And hopefully stock value will hold at a decent value and people will buy in!!!!
I KNOW THIS IS DIFFICULT AND IF I DIDN'T HEAR WHAT I DID AND EXPERIENCE R/S's I WOULD STAY IN! I ALSO FEEL THE CEO COULD COMPLETELY CHANGE HIS MIND? Like someone said, "Like playing the lottery"!!!
IN Closing, I am being honest and trying to help? Please someday if you hear something about a stock I am also in return the favor even if I don't want to hear it.....! Give me a "head up"?
