I think it might be fair to say that just about anything you'd care to buy is for sale in Moldova.Its not a pretty place as you might know,but the smart money investors in Moldova have had great success with the growth of many telco areas,check it out.

The acquisition was made in exchange for one million shares of preferred stock of Emerging Media Holdings.
