don't know, nor does TD or Scott has level II for penny...I don't see pending orders...I'm in the dark..but I'll place odd order to see if it recorded. In the pass the round number order like 300,000 200,000 or 100,000 doesn't identify that it was my order being recorded for purchase...I'm pretty sure lots of people order are the same way....

But I'll just keep on buying until it get back to .05...I figure if I was willing to buy at .05 few months ago...

Anything below that is a steal....
