I totally agree. I think We have a better deal than 7 %( may be 10-15 %) and also I expect the A/S to increase to 4 Billion and not 5 Billion.Also I do not expect a RS till the shares trade for some time in OTCBB and later may do a 1-100 RS to have a A/S of 40M and 37 M O/S.
Share price after the investment banker comes in will be between $ 4- $ 10 range.Just my opinion.
