Reminds of the time the "squatter" of SWVC's domain name posted "A NEW BEGINNING" on the "squatted" website....my thoughts of the "squatter": fraudulent, misleading, and dishonest.

I do what I do FOR the shareholders of SWVC, and anyone (whether they are a friendly party or not) who squats my web address must be dealt with. I would think as a shareholder you'd want me to protect all shareholders, not just you and your friends. And with regards to the call to my brother, I was alerted to the bold lies you wrote about what he allegedly told you about SWVC's prospects. I personally know he said nothing of the sort, and do not appreciate my brother or anyone else being used and lied about to promote or denigrate the company. Lies are lies.

Do you not see that you are at fault? You squatted on his domain name. Obviously, you wanted some form of compensation for it, regardless if it was just a pat on the back saying "nice job". I don't blame Tom one bit. You made him take time out of his schedule to deal with this, now you're pissed off cause he reacted in the only manner that is realistic, have the courts settle it. Unless you had that Domain name prior to you ever hearing about Seaway, or had a company named the same thing, your actions are the cause of this. I'm sorry your ill attempted business dealings cloud your judgement on this investment.

I just typed in that Web Site ---- There is nothing on it. I would have to be an Optomist and Hope that an investor recognised the Oversight of not purchasing the URL of your own company and jumped in to acquire it for the Sole Purpose of protecting it from someone that sold out early on and has a hatred for OUR company and knows that it could be utilized to cause damage to Seaway Valley Capital Corporation. If that is the case, I Applaud this persons attempt at protecting OUR Investment. ----- Can be looked at in 2 ways I guess. JMO
