Update: I just got off the phone with D. Seems like a sincere gent. Here's the 411:

the holdup thus far with respect to a ticker change/website has been due to the fact that they are changing to a new T/A. The new T/A is going to be based in Phoenix.
While we thought there would be an update w/in the next week or so, it looks like it will be 3-4 weeks still, per D, due to the T/A change.
