Disclosure;I am in a pickle as to whether I should make a diclosure when I post.But here goes.I signed a non diclosure with phgi a couple months ago.Also I signed a consultant/advisor
contract.My pay for my my services was to be to be 250,000
series c preferred stock.I have never received even 1 share.Phone calls and emails get me answers like"I will contact the TA'.That was the first month or so.Now no answers at all.I have given some advise to John.I have called and left messages.I have sent emails,that I have more advise.No answers to them.I would like to say at this point I feel I will never get my shares. The shares were nothing to me.I blow more money than they are worth everyday.I did feel that I could be a help to the company.Now I am just flat out disgusted with phgi.Hundreds of words that say nothing.The only thing anyone will get from this outfit is the same thing we get on the cams:"Ready"Then nada.Just a black screen.
