I didn't want to get anyones hopes up again but I got a hold of Mr. Capie again on Monday the 12th and he told me they would be filing in the morning (Tuesday)... well we can see that did not happen either.

Please help me call and bother them until they give us some type of information.

All you have to do is just call and ask the receptionist if "Mr. Capie is avaliable" 5 to 10 times a day and then you will finally get to talk to Mr. Capie within a few days when he is not "on the other line" or "in a meeting"

His hours appear to be 10am to 6pm eastern time.
