Ok, i spoke with Mr. Dingle this afternoon. I am going to put this post into two parts. First, just the facts of what Mr. Dingle shared with me over the phone. 2nd will be my analysis of what he said.

1. Lorne said he GUESSED the report would be out next tues, wed, or thursday, he did not gurantee it. He repeated that he and other members of management were all shareholders, and they share our excitement. He stated that he felt that SRSR was vastly undervalued. He mentioned that the audit should be done very soon. He also mentioned that there were many zones in addition to zone d that could yield more niobium and other minerals. He DID mention that tantalum is found with niobium. He also said that he was with the crew when they ventured up to nemogosenda and the needle on the gieger counter went off. I asked him future plans for the company. He stated that scott was a shareholder just like us and would look to maximize our share's value, whatever path that led us down. There was many things he couldn't say, or give a for sure answer but i thought the most important/ interesting thing he said was this: He asked me if i knew who cam cheriton was. I told him yes. He went on to tell me how he was the harvard educated geologist who was also the QP, or qualified person. He then stated that Scott would not put out the report until it had Cam's signauture on it. He explained that Cam was currently out of town flying his private plane, as that is his hobby apparently.

2. Most of the above most of you have already heard about. The thing that really struck me was his comments about Cam. For one, we know the reason for the delay. 2nd, why would it be so important for Cam to sign the Hawk report, UNLESS there was some portion of N43-101 Compliance? (remember this is the analysis section, they didn't state any of this part) At first I could tell Lorne did't want to talk to yet another person trying to get to scoop. He said that I have been persistent so he would talk with me. (after giving me the # to brass bulls) I could really tell over the phone that he was excited, and he was being careful not to tell me too much information or information that wasn't proveable. He stated at least 3 times that he believed that srsr was very undervalued, he spoke of the additional niobium and other minerals(uranium and tantalum).

In summation I am pretty fired up! good times are ahead folks.

everything is imo...
