I did hear those (dreaded) words but no details on how bad? That is why he asked to call back in a fews weeks? He is uncertain of all that will be PR'd? Also about the volume of shares out there which the company knows they have to act! But to what degree?

Then we don't know if a good PR will come first then the R/S?
But revenue has increased modestly and some distributors are being added.
