downside,

I don't disagree. As everyone can plainly see who swims in these scum topped shark infested waters, there are plenty of ways to get bled. If it isn't the BS of mgt, it's the paid touts. If not them, the boiler room & MM's. If not them, it's death spiral financing by sources (like Cornell et. al.) who create a black hole of dilution. If not them then manipulators driving the price sideways and down on naked shorts. And you can almost always count on the SEC to play their do-nothing role.

Typically it's a combination of more than one or all of the above that's in play. For the average speculator it's like playing chess on four boards with a blindfold on. Note I said speculate. I don't invest here due to the above mentioned operators.

Buy and sell pinks and OTCs - don't marry 'em. Not one in ten thousand is what I call an investment.

So why would I bother seeking damages from KGLJ? When we speculate we can lose but sometimes the stench of foul play is so great that it's worth the effort to clean it up. Especially if the lawyers see assets they can go after in the process. I would enjoy a judgement of treble damages and seeing those at the head of this out of business or better yet producing gravel. Or...I've said it before, it's just too bad the state of TX has gone soft and I can't read about the "suspended sentences" handed down to KGLJ operators.
