The price of the stock got down to a tank of gas...Now it's beginning to reflect the value of the contents.

Its possible for a delivery truck full of (anticipated profitable)product to run out of gas. Does that mean the truck is only worth the cost of a full tank of gas? No, its still worth the shipment inside if someone is willing to call a tow truck.
