techno,

>> A little sellers remorse here,

I sold 10% from 24.30 to 24.60. No remorse, considering I'm still waist deep in margin. Will buy back on down days for trading, even if at higher price than today.

I expect INTC will within a couple of weeks will get to the top of the 25.50 gap. At that point, in my model, it will be close to fair price, and I'll shift to trading a large portion of my position.

At this time, I think Seagate is even more of a bargain than Intel was at 18. And I am building up a position in it. Especially now that Intel and others have delayed plans for depolying more flash capacity. It is possible that flash prices will come down, but that will be ruinous for flash makers at their current cost structure. So very likely they will not try to encroach on the consumer notebook market. They'll get MID's and new applications, but not the traditional cheap high capacity magnetic rotating drive market. Not for a couple years anyway. Long enough to get a 50% profit in STX.
