So STAGE TWO is to raise ANOTHER $5 Million for JV on a NEW independent company not afilliated with UPZS

I didn't listen to the call, but if I understand this correctly, it appears that UPZS is being left behind and JV's focus is now on a new venture with Garland Harris that will raise some quick cash. Does anyone else see it this way? And if so, aren't you a little concerned that the focus is no longer on the company we all invested in? I want to know how Unique Pizza will raise capital and revenue - not yet another company that will allow a few privileged insiders to make a ton of money. IMO
