lmorovan ... there's no doubt M. Pouligny is well connected and has been instrumental in "placing" valimed units in various hospitals.

But has he sold them? What does "partnership" really mean? Did money change hands, from the hospitlas to cdex, for the privilege of "testing" valimed?

I wonder if either of these two new hospitals (one unnamed -- why is that?) know anything about the "partnership" with TX Children's and how they were misled about what valimed was supposed to do.
