jonesieatl: Of course R/S's are viewed as "tolerable" by Yorkville. In fact, IMO, they're viewed as perfectly acceptable and most likely encouraged because that keeps the gravy train going.

Don't forget, this stock can be diluted to the full 5BB and then a massive R/S can takes place and soon after the whole "death spiral" march can continue as before.

A R/S doesn't affect the available shares, only the outstanding.
