not sure if i can but we now have an independant group that joined the fun and gave the judge "guidance" on why he shouldn't allow for trading records of all debt holders ( a 2091 i believe ) - very very simplified summary. This document gives examples of what happened to bankrupt co's, when this happened, northwest was given much attention. I found it interesting in that it kept repeating that small holders are the victim in this type of outcome.

in addition, there was an exhibit B which showed correspondance of why they want to disposition a guy ( forgot the name ) who was earlier involved with the pensions scheme claim. It IMO was very clearly worded that the purpose was to see how the settlement would actually be done. again a very shortened version.
