Rear, I simply posted a press release. I have no desire for confromtation with you. When I talkd to Larry Romano and YOU can call him, he indicated that nsol was trying to get a better price for the shareholders and his response to that was give me all of the background on all sites so that we can evaluate and possibly up the offer to the shareholders.
You can call him yourelf, his number is readily available.

That does make sense though. Herda wants more money, so he has to tell IA why. Isn't that how it works.
