NP Dude. You're welcome. First Mr. Szot was a totally different person to talk to this time. Last time he seemed angry with me and short. This time he was friendly and said if I wanted to call back, feel free to. Got me kinda confused, not Hard to do. The word aquisition came out in the conversation somewhere, didn't post that. I can't say exactly what his words were but he did mention them looking at an aquisition sometime, more like them looking into. Don't take that to the bank anyone. I had several things going on at the time. BUT, the word was mentioned.

He didn't elaborate on the Mr. McDermott and Mr. Comte statement because I didn't push the issue. Just that Mr. Friedberg was still on the BOD.

He did give a round about timing of a CEO announcement but it was vague. He said within a couple months. When I asked could it be a couple weeks he said he couldn't share any information with me that was not also shared with the public.

So. My gut feeling? I'm Happy he estimated the O/S at 75 Mil. I would say plus 3.3 mil now. Not sure why he was much friendlier this time than last. Afterwards I was pumped. So once again my gut feeling. I'll put it this way to you and it doesn't bother me at all. I own more shares of this now than I did when we started looking into this. There's my gut.
