FG..you lie...the heirs cant sell anything until the probate court has settled the estate...and from what I understand..this hasnt happened yet!! Back up your hot air....this last move down looks like a market maker wanting to pick up shares cheap right before we get some good news..even you admit shares would go up with a major contract....and you say the heirs dont care about the stock price?? I would think anyone that owns shares cares about the price...lets see..I have two million shares..I think I will sell them all at once and get .10 instead of spreading it out over two or three years and perhaps getting $5.00 or more for some shares...Also INSIDERS JUST BOUGHT PP SHARES..??? I think the direction of the share price will be up....they had a reason for buying...bizz
