Operating Results cont'd

Specifically, 'lifting costs'.

I found the note in the 2007 10-K regarding what TIV terms "average production (lifting) cost per unit of oil and gas produced"

        Production (lifting) Costs
2007 2006
Gas(MCF) Oil(BBL) Gas(MCF) Oil(BBL)

$1.55 $16.28 $1.41 $15.23

So that's the source of the $1.41 & $15.23 in my spreadsheets.

Apparently lifting costs have gone up about 7% on the 'standard ' type oil wells TIV produced in 2007 , and about 10% on the gas wells , when compared with 2006 lifting costs.

I wonder what lifting costs become at PV and Temblor when the steaming cost is included.
