Who else wants to challenge this company and ask questions like who can sell and buy stock without discloses this information right Scott. Did the CEO sell 200,000 shares and if not my bad, and what happened to Eddy Mcgarough and did Dan buy it back for a fraction of what SOGN paid for it, again I could be wrong NOT. Also can a CEO sell shares without letting the proper channels know, because I talked to a transfer agent today and they said absolutely not.

Like the PR said they sold all that oil and it's on the PR. Just like they said NO Reverse Split.
