Balance you are tops
I have always looked forward to your intelligent posts on the board. You have my 100 percent support...I was weighing in on the motive attacking just the other day.

I layed awake the other night thinking about what will be posted here (we are in Nashville getting chemotherapy for my wife)

1. We are owners of ERHE with our hard-earned money invested.
2. We have the right to question...
3. Our stock price has tanked for years...
4. Our deal as any deal--we buy the stock, the company makes us money--pure and simple
5. We have every right, under these circumstances, to ask where's the SP appreciation
6. We have the right to know why a separate entity is being setup for the AIM
7. We have the right to know how it will affect our investment
8. We have a right to know why our newly appointed exec was not introduced at the meeting AMD why the Aim plan was not mentioned
9. I like the company and officers--but the question is answered when they vote with their feet....John Wayne did not have to do much explaining...Richard Simmons never stops talking and explaining.
10. The company is trusted, but after this length of time, we are not going to be ashamed to ask why this and why that.
11. Also, it is good documentation on this board to express possible outcomes of the company's decisions--then if, by chance, something nefarious arises we will be able to point to these concerns
12. I have often thought maybe it would help if the board members chipped in a couple hundred dollars each or whatever to have our own attorneys look into these situations.
13. Erhe is a unique stock with a stagnant sp for years--with oil prices as high as they are, with demand for oil as great as it is--and with the position of ERHE in the Gulf--our price should not be what it is in my opinion.
14. So I believe we are doing our duty to discuss the issues, as Balance has in the past, and no one, as stated earlier, should be rebuked for offering honest opinions or asking questions.

15. Many have expressed it is all about the oil----no, no it is all about the SP.

16. The management is nice, talks very positively--but people vote with their feet and not their voices--
17. The proof is in the pudding--we should not rest easy until they show us the money.
18. I do not resent the management or have a problem with them, but I have held this stock waiting, waiting, waiting, and waiting for the next fortnight.
19. Management has one color of jersey on
SEO has one color of jersey on
AND we have a different color of jersey on
we are in this together for the same purpose--return on investment---I don't care how nice the management was or how neat the meeting was, show us the SP
20. If management delivers appreciation and true value to our investment, then great if they don't, then they are a poor management team...at the end of the day, it is not oil it is SP.

I like SEO, I like the magement, I like you guys and girls BUT WOULD SOMEBODY SHOW ME THE MONEY--IRONIC WE HAD A BIG APPRECIATION IN PRICE TODAY.

AND, Balance, I want to be nice but we must express our opinions without the company PR man jumping down our throats and chimed in by other posters. AND if they don't think we are important, why do they monitor our board? They should be worrying about us not us appeasing them...their job is to make us successful for investing in their stock.
