if a stock is being heavily promoted, pr's don't really mean much. people playing the promo stocks are not in it for the pr's they're in it for the push and then get out.

bcln was so ready to take off. can't believe they're so stupid to sell so soon. bcln could have easily done a vdti, that is go up 100-200% and then drop 90%.
