1. Based on my memory, this is by far the largest increase in one jump for the O/S. IMO I-HUBERS have been watching the O/S very closely and the company has been fairly current in reporting to the T/A.
2. 500 million shares at today's price is only $250,000 to $300,000 before discounts. Probably only fund a month or less of Spooz's cash flow. IMO, the market can't and won't accept this number of shares in a month's time without a major dive in pps so no MM would step up to this challenge.
3. Paul reported 10 employees for his current operations. If he was this short of cash, he would have less employees.
So, what my be going on. One thought that I have is that some major player (Broker or ????) just stepped in and bought 20% of the O/S for $XXXX. The shares probably would be restricted and the deal might include some kind of a partnership agreement associated with the business plan roll-out.
Others of you might have different thoughts. The above are only my opinions so take them for what they are worth. I have no interest in debating the issue. My only purpose is to point out that there may be other reasons at play here for the O/S increase. Please do your own DD and GLTA.
