Are you kidding me! Don't be ridiculous! The "list" is just an informal list that 5years is keeping track of of people who responded to his request and those here that did not.

You are actaully threatening legal action just because someone, who wanted to help shareholders, invited them to contact him ( which you did not do in the manner indicated ), and then just comments about the few who were not interested in assisting him in his pursuit ?
