could you be more definitive? lol, that is as direct an answer as one could hope for...it is public knowledge and the market is currently ignoring what it is being told awaiting an announcement...as many have stated before me, addax would not be pinpointing 4th quarter '08 unless they know beyond resonable doubt the rig is theirs.
