Those "promoters" were short on credibility to begin with. Now they're nothing more than a handful of cyber-gangs running around with a bunch of groupies hanging on their every word. So, after pooning their following enough times that they start to hurt, they simply regroup under another name and start 'er up again. But, as you say, if the con is properly played, they'd make a lot more dough and there'd be a lot less bagholders.
Well, at least Bio-Clean has their huge contract with GE that prolly boils down to a case of Mr. Clean and a 5 gallon bucket. lol.
