Some of the not so nice stuff Wheeler did included lying. At that point our choice was taken away. When a company tells you: “We expect the combined companies to exit 2001 with production of over 3,000 BOE/d and exit 2002 well in excess of 4,000 BOE/d” which is only one of many untruths spewed by Aspen, we held our shares. Selling was not really an option under the glow of the rosy but bogus picture being painted. I can reference many other irregularities.
