Snackman....So the CEO says delisting matters,

that's why we did a reverse split last year Just
to stay on the Nasdaq & now you think it doesn't??

So it matters one moment & matters not the next??

What kind of financing is available at what price
& diltion for Wave on the OTCBB iyo???
