Accurate in terms of what has been filed with the SEC, mmayr. That's at least better than we've seen in a long time. Don't get me wrong here--I don't trust Mataras much either, and I expect that there are more than a few acts yet to be seen in this play.

What is emerging as quite obvious is that as many of us suspected all along, the Penny King's purported 'billionaire' status is a sad joke, and the press releases issued under the Free and Clear Press Corps are apparently fiction--entertaining, but if they are not parody then they could easily be construed as fraudulent.
