TTCM China had already signed contracts up to $35.7 million dollar only in 2007. I got the news in follow chinese website (TTCM China's chinese subsidiary) through the translation from my chinese friend.

While in the annual report on this April 17, 2008, it was said Revenue for the year ending December 31, 2007 was $8.59 million.
