Not me!! I cannot match the CAP in tolerance for triviality.

Besides, the FDA has the Heparin problem under control. The LAWYERS are looking for and sorting out who got careless or
deliberately wicked in the recent Heparin scare.

CDEX, I think, would be wiser to just back away from this one, and start the CAP on the next one. There is always a next one.
