well they have already sold about 600,000 shares at .0029. I think they will finish your order for you. And I do not know who you use, but modifying should not charge more commishion. canceling and changing does. From my experience. And if the bid was still lowing I might would hope it went down, but this stock has not been going down. And the bid moved up to your ask. I would buy here instead of waiting until it hits .003
