Enough about FG Flip Flop...has anyone dealt with a probate court? From what I understand they just make sure everyone gets what they have a legal right to receive..since Rich was listed in the class action I would think his assets would be tied up until this suit is settled...and that could take years...there are all sorts of options.. Rich was the one that made statements about future events and counted PO's as income then it should be his shares that settle the suit...by the time this happens Sevu will have signed a few deals and the new owners just might want to hold the shares...remember the average shareholder class action suit is settled or .05 cents on the dollar amount lost...and since the lead plantiff Ann S. had a total of 400 shares...the settlement might be well under one million shares...bizz
