BASSER1 maybe you need to have a look at this s-b2 form.When it comes to the 1933 ACT and it RULES there are alot forms we need to pay close attention as an investor and i will post this......AS yours or anyones words need to choosen carefully when it comes to UPLIST because one FORM can OVER RIDE another form.there are so many of them.
